Pork here resembles Jeju Black Pig 제주 흑돼지, but has a slightly different texture. Overall I would say pork here is more soft relative to the Jeju Heuk Dweji 제주흑돼지, however, it has the juicy yet chewy meat texture. It was savory especially when dipped in the Mel Jut 멜젓. The buckwheat noodle was also quite a different experience – sugary and spicy 🙂
