Sushi Lab was a small matchbox restaurant located at Bu Young Apt. 부영아파트, Namyangju Si 남양주시. At a glance the place looks just like any other sashimi shop, but I was quite surprised with the quality of the sashimi and sushi. Very thick, juicy and chewy sashimi aroused my mouth. One side of the wall was covered with testimonials. It was a good discovery.
