It was pretty bustly at Bongpiyang 봉피양. They served lunch Naengmyeon 냉면 set menu, which we also came for. Serving was pretty simple – your main dishes and kimchi 김치 alongside radish. My bibim naengmyeon 비빔냉면 was a bit spicy but in a very good and “elegant” way. I suspect that the noodles were not made from sweet potato starch added buckwheat noodles (glassy noodles) but pure buckwheat (non-glutinous), which makes it unfamiliar to the taste (no bouncy silky texture). Portion was huge and I loved the steamed mandu 만두.
