[KR] Cham Soot Barbecue Chicken 참숯바베큐치킨 @ Yeoido 여의도, Seoul

@@@ 3/5

Chicken skin was amazingly crisp. Even the sound of crispiness at the bite was totally amazing. The inside was also well cooked and done, however, meat contents were a bit sub par. Cham Soot Barbecue Chicken 참숯바베큐치킨 looks like a perfect spot for Chimaek (치맥; Chicken and Beer) after work.

* Note: Chimaek (치맥; from Korean chikin, meaning ‘fried chicken’, and maekju, meaning ‘beer’) is a pairing of fried chicken (either plain huraideu or spicy yangnyeom) and beer, served as anju (English: food with alcohol) in the evening in many South Korean restaurants, including a number of specialized chains.
