Arguably, Gombawie 곰바위 serves one of the best Daechang 대창 in Korea. Beautiful taste of the sauce as well as the greasy (in a good way) texture and the juice was close to perfection. No wonder the place is Michelin star-rated. One caveat was the price – Crazily expensive.
