Buwon is a cold noodle specialty 냉면 store in Geumnam Market 금남시장. The shop is tiny with 6 or 7 tables only. There were many people coming in and out even near the closing time, indicating that this shop is not so bad. Because I was craving for some soup, I tried their galbitang 갈비탕 (short rib soup) and it was above expectations. Soup was thick and deep with memorable pepper taste. The meat was less impressive with chewy texture. The wife seems to be inside the kitchen preparing the food and the husband is serving customers.
