Kumoi Japanese Restaurant is nested on the 72nd floor at Four Seasons Hotel in Guangzhou. The venue has a jaw-dropping view of the city and the vibe is just incredible. We had the fresh oyster on the half shell comprised of oyster, sea urchin, salmon roe and alligator caviar. A must try menu here. We also had the sushi set comprised of 12 pieces of freshly cut fish. I think the sushi set was pretty general and largely expected.
