Update: I was disappointed to feel the smell of pork in my Shiromaru.

Extremely thick pork broth with slices of pork belly and half-boiled eggs. Noodles are customized to suit individual taste. Overall good but a bit pricey for a bowl of ramen… But, I have to admit this is the best Japanese ramen place in town.
