I think both the Jja Jang Myeon 짜장면 and Gan Jja Jang Myeon 간짜장 we pretty okay (albeit a little salty). Tang Su Yuk 탕수육 was crispy on the outside and soft at the bite. It’s got that buttery after taste after several bites. Tangsuyuk 탕수육 is a must have item at Gaya Sung 가야성. The interior wasn’t that fancy, but if you are not so interior mindful, I think overall, this place is where I would revisit for Korean-Chinese food.
