Must say, this place is one of the best Sulleong tang 설렁탕 place. Would have given 5-stars, but the meat was a little thick. The soup eases your inside and removes the chills from the outside cold. Mix the soup with Kkakttugi 깍뚜기 soup and you have a perfect Sulleong tang 설렁탕 🙂

Young Dong Seolleungtang 영동설렁탕 only serves two menus – Seolleungtang 설렁탕 and Sooyuk 수육. We ordered their Seolleungtang 설렁탕 and it was the same thick, milky and deep soup. It has lots of oil on the surfae, but surprisingly, the actual soup doesn’t have that oily texture nor flavor. Inside the soup, you have the meat slices and noodle. Have it with some rice and kimchi 김치, and all your inside reacts to the warmth.
