I am not a big fan of buffet, because I think I never surpassed the break-even point (simply, I don’t eat too much). But, whenever the place has at least one flagship menu, I consider the place worth the visit. Spectrum serves pork belly which is by far the best pork belly I had in Jakarta. Must try for pork belly lovers.
