I have been on a regular visit to Grandma’s Paldang House 할머니 팔당집 since 2006. The place serves the best grilled eel in Korea. The thickness of the eel is amazing, sauce well-applied and grilled absolutely perfect! Dotori-muk 도토리묵, Pajeon 파전, and soju 소주 are perfect sidekicks for the eel.

Grandma’s Paldang House 할머니 팔당집 is located outside of Seoul where you can get a breath of clean fresh air.
