We stopped by this place to quickly ease our hunger. There was no rocket science to the making of Soto Kriuk as I suspect that the soup was pre-cooked in bulk ahead of the serving. It was a simple soto ayam cuisine with no specific edge to it. However, the crunchy texture was a bit surprising and refreshing to my taste – which my Indonesian employees told me that it was chicken usus (intestines).
The teh botol in the featured image got my attention!
