Saeng Tae 생태 (Pollack) is one of my favorite Korean seafood dishes. Ahyajin 아야진 had fresh Saeng Tae 생태 with fat meat attached to them. I suspect that there was minimum MSG in the making which was the source of its deep clean flavor. It was a bit pricey; however the portion is also quite big.
