Our family gathered at Song Dam 송담 for the famed grilled eel 장어. In a nutshell, I wouldn’t say that this is the best grilled eel 장어 I’ve had; however Song Dam was positioned at the upper rung of the quality spectrum. My preference was the non-sauced grilled eel 장어 as it captured the true original taste of the eel 장어. They were thick, juicy and tender.
