Yu Yuan is the only hotel-operated Chinese restaurant in Korea that is rated one-star by the food rating agency Michelin. In a nutshell, Yu Yuan is a fine-dining Chinese restaurant with quality dishes. All the menu were carefully presented with amazing taste and richness to them. Appetizers and soup were fabulous while Beijing duck proved to be their specialty. One negative is that price is a bit steep.
