It’s pre-cooked, packaged food that is served on site. But despite its discount, I think the quality has not been compromised, hence a fair choice to make if you want food with soup. Indeed, the spirit and soul of Ippudo was well compressed in the small bowl. The only problem that I experienced was the lack of service knowledge by the part time employees.
