Wow… What is this cheesecake made of? This Hokkaido-style cheesecake was a jaw-dropping experience for us. We brought one Dore cheesecake home for Christmas and it ended up a sweet surprise. I don’t think I can correctly explain but if I were to try… super uber milky and moist; sophisticated layered crustiness (you can feel it when you cut the cake); and long lasting soft sugary aftertaste. The cake was a bit smaller than conventional cakes. All in all, DORÉ by LeTAO is definitely going to be our cake spot for celebration!
The shop we went to purchase the cheesecake was Plaza indonesia, but there seems to be other outlets as well.
