With not even the slightest doubt… I consider Saigon Cafe to be the best Vietnamese pho spot in Jakarta. Soup was semi-transparent, deep and thick. Rice noodle was pretty well cooked and the beef contents were absolutely rich. Saigon Cafe seems to have some authentic interpretation of Vietnamese food. Location wasn’t that great, but still worth the visit.
