Pier 39 was so windy that it felt like late autumn in Seoul. We ran into Pier Market and rushed into this place for shelter. Our family tried the clam chowder on sourdough bowl & salad combo and added another clam chowder cup – we recommend this for a family of 4. Thick milky texture was fabulous; warm soup was perfect against the chilly weather; however could have been a bit more generous on the clams. The special for the day – grilled salmon and shrimp was pretty good. Portion is big and saw many people around me taking home leftovers.
