My boys love this small Japanese donkatsu shop near their grandma’s place. It’s most definitely not the best place in Seoul, but it’s a rare shop that sells children’s favorite menu (donkatsu) in this area. I suspect the recipe is coming from a franchise (as I have had similar tastes before); however, I have to admit that their batter coating was superb crispy. Two thumbs up for the dontaksu!
