Hwamok Sundaeguk Gwanghwamun #화목순대국 굉화문 sells sundaeguk 순대국 – a perfect menu for a chilly autumn. Soup was red and very thick – which I suspect was due to the rich spices. Thankfully, they were able to completely remove the pork smell from the soup. The soup had a strong follow-up kick to it. In addition, the big-sized soondae 순대 was almost about to shred apart as if it was overly cooked.
