Hog Wild serves pork menus and they do it well. The tricky part is that because the spot is well-known for its delicious pork dishes, it’s usually very crowded. And that’s why service is somewhat sub par. There’s just too many people and not enough servers. Food was great. Pork ribs, pork knuckle are must try menus. Also, there’s a decent amount of traffic on the way to the diner.
