We had to wait 2 hours just to get in to San Chung 산청숯불가든. The bbq grill shop is located at the new trending area of Euljiro 을지로 and they specialize in black pig meat. This shop was one of the most bustliest places (full of young people) that I have ever seen. The pork cuts (재래식소금구이) were thick and incredibly juicy and the green onions that came with the meat were also fresh at the bite. The waiter grills the meat for the customers so nothing can go wrong here. Meat is cut in big pieces so quite a bite for an averaeg person. Marinated gochujang spicy pork (고추장양념구이) was not the best and I don’t think I will go for that, next time.
