What a wonderful surprise. Never expected anything from a small restaurant nested on the ground floor of an apartment. Bear in mind that apartment restaurants naturally have regular customers so there is no need for taste improvement (just like airports). Anyway, the quality of the food was so unexpected and high in quality. We were so surprised with the pho and the pork belly fried rice. Would stop by anytime.
