Beef bourguignon (or bœuf bourguignon) is a French beef stew in red wine and beef stock. This French dish is a must-have menu on your list. Au Bourguignon has the best beef bourguignon in town with spot on seasoning and taste (portion big enough for two). The soup and the meat were perfectly paired with the bread and the fries. Duck breast and Traditional Beef Tartar were just your average menus. However, onion soup was a huge surprise. Amazingly thick soup filled with bread, onion and cheese. Can’t resist. Always be back in our next visit
