The place

Yehyang 예향 is located in front of the Sellung and Jeungnung 선정릉 entrance gate. Yehyang serves Southern Korean cuisine with lots of seafood dishes. Shop was clean and had class. There were lots of reviews on the shop with keywords like “expensive” but “tasty”. So in a nutshell, Yehyang is expensive but worth it.

The food

Indeed the food was fresh and the presentation was more like fine-dining rather than a Korean traditional shop. High-quality ingredients including grilled eel, abalone and gulbi 굴비were included in the lunch course. We also enjoyed the yukjeon 육전 which is a sliced beef cuts covered in egg. Overall high quality!

The verdict

I would rate this restaurant to be a good place for business. The menus were authentic enough to argue fine dining Korean cuisine and the selections were also super nice even for foreigners. Try out the…
