The sashimi place

Located at the end part of Mipo port, the shop is a two-storey building on a spacious land. The shop is right in front of the beachfront, so the view is pretty fantastic. Despite the late autumn chill, we decided to have our dinner at the outdoor.

The food

Se had the basic assorted sashimi (hwei) cuts and mixed seashells. For the finale, we had the seafood ramyeon. Overall, I would say the food quality was good. All their ingredients were fresh. But here comes the big surprise. The shop is heavily under-staffed and that made all the orders so late. The staffs were foreigners and their level of Korean language was so weak that basic communication was a big problem. We were so upset of their bad service.

My thoughts

Never coming back. Honestly, the food was ok and the view was nice. However, no matter how good the food is (and the view), when the service is bad, it’s a no go. Mido Kkeut Jib needs to know this. The only menu that you might consider is…
