The venue of the best Japanese fusion fine-dining.
Luxury was at its peak. Dinner experience at Akira Back Four Seasons Hotel was amazing. Once you get out of the elevator, you are greeted by the re eptionist and escorted to the dining area. As soon as you see the inside of the restaurant, you will be surprised by the beauty of the restaurant’s interior. Akira Back’s interior boasts a minimalistic style with a wooden theme. It is a representation of the Japanese philosophy based on the sashimi cutting board.

The dining experience – Superb!
The dinner course menu was a 7-course meal with a combination of vegetables, seafood and meat. The food quality was top notch, while presentation was beautiful. Ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection. At each bite you can even feel the complexity of the ingredients harmonized into one piece of art. Each dish had minimalistic portion as well, but surprisingly there was pleasure in treasure-hunting for hidden ingredients. All the dishes were carefully curated work of art when served as a whole. The dinner menu beautifully incorporated Asia with West, seafood and meat. It was a memorable fine-dining experience.

Final words – Must visit place
The price of this dinner was W300,000 per pax, so it’s not an affordable restaurant. However, if you are celebrating an occasion, Akira Back is the place to go. I would go for the course menu but a la carte could be a choice for people looking for a lower price point.
You might want to compare this with the past Akira Back restaurants that I have visited in Jakarta.
