This buffet restaurant looks great from the outside, but the inside was rotten to the bone. Food quality was terrible, margins were considered ahead of customers, staff faces were gloomy, and service was ugly. For a quick illustration, when we were done with our first-round of plates, no staff wanted to takeaway the empty plates (buffet plates). So we even stacked them up (on our own table) for the waiters to notice. They didn’t bother and when the chef came around the floor, he noticed the piled up plates and cleaned it up himself. This was a very bad experience.
