Availability becomes a blessing when desire outweighs common sense. So, after having a rough biz trip, I was craving for some warm soup. And that’s when I met Sin Ming Road Rong Cheng Bak Kut Teh at the Changi airport terminal 3.

Haven’t been to the original spot outside the terminal, however, I am guessing it would be better than this. Pepper after-taste was less pronounced, meat did not detach easily off the bones, and also a bit chewy. BUT, regardless of all the negative traits, I would highly rate this shop as it was at the right place at the right time.
