Robot & Co. Pacific Place (SCBD) is a new shop replacing Potato Head that operated for multiple years. Robot still serves continental (like Potato Head), which makes me wonder whether it was simply a name change.
Food quality was pretty good with most of the menu presented with careful preparation. Clam Chowder was equally amazing to the one I had in Pier 39 (San Fransisco) with rich creamy soup healing the inside (although could’ve been a bit more generous with the clam contents); french fries – that came with the chicken sandwich – were fabulously crispy; Japanese beef salad was flavorful with multiple spices hitting the mouth; Slow-cooked pork belly was soft tender with crispy crust formed on the outside. Last but not least, Grilled local baramundi was so exotic that it bursted rich flavors inside the mouth. The Slow-Cooked Short Ribs were out of this world tender and juicy. Will revisit for sure.
