Saemaeul sikdang 새마을식당 specializes in pork dishes because the place is supposed to be a soul drink and food for everyday people – so less luxurious. I liked both the ogyeopsal 오겹살 and yeoltan bulgogi 열탄불고기. They use yeontan 연탄 (briquette) for the grill and the after-taste reminded me with the grill in Korea.
