Segwang Yangdaechang 세광양대창 specializes in grilling (cow’s) internal organs. And they do it right! The quality of their yang and daechang 양대창 was very fresh and savory at the bite. We also tried their garlic ribs, but we ended up not ordering for more. Negatives were portion was a bit small and they didn’t have the non-marinated version.
