The soup of the original ramen was well-tamed without the pork smell. Soup was white and thick and so much soothing. Noodles were thin and soft but mot overly so. Just right. Pork belly slices were grilled with a torch representing a good fire flavor. The boiled eggs were out-of-this-world crazy. Surprisingly the egg yolk was very well seasoned and I kept wondering “how?” Chicken karaage and the rest of the condiments were also pretty good
