Naught Nuri’s can never go wrong. This is the holy grail of BBQ pork ribs. Naughty Nuri’s began its journey in 1995 in Ubud. The quality of the pork rib was excellent to begin with – the meat was so tender and juicy. The bbq sauce is also quite surprisingly well caramelized, full of Balinese spices, Smokey hits and send you the kick to go for more. Meat was decently chunky without any pork smell.
