Amazing taste of Korea with a twist of fusion. JinJoo 진주 is a fusion fine dining restaurant near Senopati. Started off feeling a bit small in size but ended up a full belly. Each dish had at least one Korean ingredient and flavor. Flavors were perfectly balanced and every single serving was simply perfect. Sous chef was trained under Lee Yeonbok 이연복 and An Sungjae (Mosu) 안성재. Perfect for business and date. Will always revisit!!
