Bobby’s Burgers is a small food-court joint in Ashta Mall. I got their Smash Combo which comes with a smash burger, fries and a drink. At first bite, there was the crispiness of the thin beef patty followed by the soft texture of the bun – which is pretty standard. The sauce seems to be ketchup and mayonnaise based with a sprinkle of pickle juice and diced onions. Fries were crispy however they came with a decent punch of salt. Overall, pretty standard but I think a bit steep in terms of price.
