It was a shock to see a Korean gamjatang 감자탕 served on the streets on Paris. I never would have imagined that this setting could be realized. In fact, there were several locals eating at Gamjatang 감자탕 shop.
The shop is a truly authentic Korean restaurant owned by Korean descendants from China, but that doesn’t have any meaning to their amazing food quality. Bossam 보쌈 meat was juicy and the kimchi that came with it was so savory. The highlight was the Gamjatang 감자탕 and trust me, their quality is at par with the original Korean version. Meat contents were more than 2 portion and the perilla seeds were crazily well paired with the overall soup and meat. Must try! Naengmyeon 냉면 was largely expected and no surprises there. Go for the gamjatang 감자탕.
