Saap Thai is located on the upper floor of Ashta Mall on District 8. The venue boasts an interesting interior full of posters and bright lights. The shop was crowded despite a quiet weekend. The hype was there.
We ordered the Premium Wagyu Boat Noodle and it came with a bit of a surprise. The soup seemed to be half full (as seen in the picture). The meat cuts were pretty generous and flavorful. However, while the soup was thick and deep, it was also overwhelmingly salty – which actually destroyed the overall experience. It might be better to ask for more unsalted base soup. There was no surprise to the Thai tea.
