This was not Korean food. It was pure local food. There is room for debate of whether food from another country be adjusted to local taste or maintain its original form? Beef was a lot sugary than the original and the ramyeon soup was overly thick. I think the one that I could actually re-order is the fried mandu. At least my hands reached out…
