It was a cozy brunch experience at Paul. Servers were attending and there wasn’t roo much crowd at the shop. However, the French vibe – the owner wanted – was not quite there. It was more of a casual family brunch spot.
Our order was processed quickly and fried calamari was the first menu to be served. I have to say that this was one of the best fried calamari that I had in Jakarta. They were so good. Amazing crunch outside and juicy inside. I would go back just for the calamari.
Soup was okay and the salmon avocado sandwich was also not bad. However, the shock from the fried calamari was so big that everything else was details.
