We stopped by Siki Katsu 시키카츠 during our shopping spree at Time Villas. Siki Katsu 시키카츠 was located on the 3rd floor of the food court at Time Villas. Place your order and the waitress at the common dining area until the server brings you the food. Price was a bit stretchy, but since we wanted to try out this place, we ordered the most expensive menus – Modeum Katsu 모듬가츠 and Bihu Katsu 비후카츠.

It was a decent wait, but when the food was delivered, we knew why this was priced so high – the portion was huge. We could’ve ordered one for two people.

We really enjoyed the modeum katsu 모듬가츠. The pork meat was fried almost to perfection. Considering the thickness, I think you would need some skills to fry this thick meat to this perfection. Crispy on the outside and juicy pink tender inside.

Bihu katsu 비후가츠 was less impactful compared to the modeum katsu 모듬가츠. Portion was still big, but the beef cuts were too well done, and the meat literally tore apart when picked up with wooden chopsticks. However, the sauce was memorable – sugary and thick.

Overall, okay, but still, the pricing needs a little fixing, in my view. If I were to go back, I would order…
