The place – If Michelin rated restaurants with a view, this place would be on the top list

The dining experience at The Living Room Park Hyatt was a unique one. This was the case whereby the view was more delicious than the food. We were lucky to have been given the luxury to join the Busan Firework Festival and we watched it at Park Hyatt Busan. It was the most exciting dining ever. I think The Living Room should be the hotel with the best ocean view in Busan.

The food

I don’t know whether The Living Room had added some more value to the course menu but they were extremely high-quality. Portion was big as well. Every single item was beautifully presented and it was one of my rare opportunities that the western fine dining impressed me. I especially enjoyed their mushroom soup and the aqua pazza. They were so generous with the portion and ingredients.

The final word

Yes I would love to come back again (as long as my wallet situation is ok). It was a memorable firework show and dinner. Would come back for

  • Fireworks
  • Dinner course
