In a nutshell: Private rooms, a smoking treasure chest of premium ingredients, and Hanwoo grilled on your own charcoal brazier. Woohana turns an ordinary dinner into a show.
The Venue
Woohana 우하나 sits on the second floor of Grand Seoul, directly connected to Jonggak Station 종각역. It’s the newest Hanwoo BBQ concept from the team behind Gowooga, and it opened in late 2025. Every seat is in a private room, framed by paper-screen panels and walnut accents. The mood is calm and discreet, ideal for client dinners, family celebrations, or a sanggyeonrye. Rooms range from cozy four-seaters to a group room for up to 22.

The food
The evening opens with the signature “showing.” A walnut cabinet swings open in a cloud of dry ice to reveal marbled Hanwoo, caviar, black truffle, lobster, abalone, and seasonal vegetables.

Then the parade begins: silky truffle chawanmushi, a forest-themed amuse trio, and a buttery Hanwoo croissant sandwich. Seafood shines too, with sweet scallops crowned with sea urchin and tender abalone topped with caviar.

The star is the individual charcoal brazier. Each guest grills their own Hanwoo cuts alongside potato, eggplant, and leek, finished with flaky salt and fresh wasabi. Don’t miss the clay-pot sea bream rice, heaped with chives and served with seaweed soup and banchan. It’s a crowd favorite. A cool dessert under drifting mist closes the show.

The verdict
Woohana delivers fine-dining polish with a warm Korean soul. Lunch courses start from ₩39,000 and dinner from ₩99,000, which is remarkable value for this level of produce and privacy. Book ahead, because the rooms fill fast.
